The gate from the pool to the splashpad was propped open. Pool must have a fence with gates that are self closing and self latching. Gates must not be held open. It was moved so the table was not holding it open and self closed and self latched. CDI

General Comments
By next operating season- the equalizer line below the skimmer basket must have a cap in it to prevent debris from settling in it.
When the chlorine and acid feeders are pumping into the circulation system piping and the pump is turned off- the feeders continued to pump. Feeders must sense flow and turn off when the pump is off. Operator was able to repair and now it stops operation/flow when pump is off.
Two main drain covers are broken. both covers have broken fins on the grates. all maindrain covers must be in good repair and secure to meet VGB requirements. All equilizer lines inside the skimmers must be plugged per VGB compliance.

Cat controllers(steiners) were reading "no flo" while pump was running. system must be able to deliver chlorine to the pool. hand feeding of chemicals is not allowed.

ground wire to the motor has been replaced. an electrical permit must be obtained and inspected when ground wire is removed or motor replaced. no pool permit will be issued without building inspection.

General Comments
Permit denied due to broken main drains and lack of building inspection. $75 reinspection fee must be paid and building inspection conducted before permit will be issued. 16. Gates were not evaluated at this inspection due to being propped open while the deck and splash pad were being power washed. All gates must be self closing and self latching. 22. 911 phone was evaluated for dial tone only as power washing was being conducted in the area of the phone. will reevaluate at reinspection. 25. ensure chemical room has appropriate ventilation. must be well ventilated. Splash pad permit is also denied based on non functioning motors.
The gate (one by the parking lot) is not self closing and self latching when opened 2/3 of the way- wind catches and opens it more. This gate must be locked until repaired.

**Monitor the black strip on edge of steps between tile and step edge* There are areas where the tile band is over 1 inch from the step edge so the black line was added to fill in the gap and move color band closer to edge so it in within 1"*
