.2406 On the 300 hall one of the push buttons on one of the water fountains does not work properly. When pushed the water does not come out at adequate pressure. In the 4th grade hall the water fountains have a slight buildup on them and need to be cleaned.

.2409 In room 511 the push down faucet is not working properly. When pushed the water does not continue to come out. Repair so that when pushed it allows adequate amount of water out to wash hands before stopping.
No soap was available in one of the adult bathrooms in the 300 hall; soap was filled during inspection.

.2415 In room 305 there was Clorox cleaner and other spray bottles in a open cabinet. In room 125 there was a spray bottle with chemical on a cubby shelf. An aerosol pesticide was in a unlocked cabinet in the art room. Keep all chemicals stored so to avoid safety/health hazardous.
Tiles in two halls are cracked bad at the hallway doors. Repair tile as necessary. Carpets in some classrooms are in bad repair. Repair or replace carpets as necessary. Fix A/C ceiling leak in one bathroom across from the art room.
