Baseboard molding missing in room #210. Several tiles damaged near the door in room # 2109. Fix grout on wall in room
#2305. Some of the rooms have damaged floor tiles and glue that is coming out of the seams of the tiles. Floor in room # 1505 is in rough condition.

Blinds are dusty in most rooms. Returns on a number of air/heating units in the classrooms are dusty and need cleaning. Clean return air vent of dust in girls locker room.
Repair all ceiling leaks as needed and replace ceiling tiles as needed once leaks are fixed so that future leaks can be detected. Several severe leaks in shop hall. Check storage room in mens locker room off gym where boilers are for leaks as well and repair the floor in this area. Replace missing baseboard moldings as needed. Seal baseboard moldings to floors so there are no cracks where dirt/debris/wax/pest can accumulate. Clean ceiling tiles around vents, if the dust is in the acoustical tiles and cannot be cleaned out replace them.

Locker rooms had missing tiles at baseboards and mold / mildew on the walls where shower heads were leaking. Repair leaks and clean mold off walls then use bleach solution to kill the remaining mold. One ladies restroom ceiling that did not have nonabsorbent ceiling tiles. All restrooms must have nonabsorbent ceiling tiles.
