4-501.114; Priority; Bucket of quat sanitizer was not mixed at proper concentration. When using quat sanitizer, it must be mixed at 200-300ppm. If using chlorine sanitizer, it must be mixed 50-100ppm. Quat sanitizer in bucket was remixed and is now at 200ppm. CDI
