By end of inspection, Person in charge went to store to get a bottle of handsoap. CDI Handwashing is critical to maintaining safe food. Always keep soap, papertowels and all needed supplies on site at all times.

When using bleach, make sure to mix the concentration 50-100ppm. Use sanitizer test strips to check strength of sanitizer in buckets or bottles. Once sanitizer is properly mixed, send picture of new spray bottle with picture of test strip showing 50-100ppm. Correct by 12/18/23
