Carpets heavily worn in the office area. Replace carpeting that is in poor repair. Extraction cleaning of carpets throughout has already begun for the summer. One ceiling tile in the hallway to 7ths grade shows evidence of water staining. Check HVAC system for leaking and proper function. Replace any stained/damaged ceiling tiles. One broken tile in the 7th grade girls bathroom at the junction of the wall and floor on the corned. Maintain all floors, walls, and ceilings in good repair.

In the men's bathroom by the gym there are no soap dispenser. Employee stated that the kids kept pulling them off the wall and breaking them so they did not replace them last time. Must provide soap and hand drying devices. One sink is currently not working in the men's bathroom by the gym. Repair so that it is working properly.
