The NO DIVING tiles on pool deck are less then 4". Operator was able to draw in the remaining portion to make them at or larger then 4". CDI. Monitor thru the season. No diving markers must be in 4" letters or 6x6 international no diving tile.

15. Monitor the ring buoy for dry rot through the season. rope around the buoy must be in good repair. replace the buoy when the surrounding rope begins to fray or splinter. Gate on side is locked at all times.

5ft depth marker had been replaced with a tile that was not slip resistant. Tile sticker placed on top of tile to provide non slip surface and is now in compliance. Monitor "No diving" markers and repaint/draw in portions of lettering to maintain 4" Letter height.

Gate was not self closing/self latching from full open position. Spring adjusted at inspection. gate must self close/self latch from all distances. Two vertical members of the fence were bent leaving greater than 4" space. Both were bent back in position at inspection.

General Comments
Permit Issued for seasonal operation, pool must close by October 31st, 2020 and a new permit can be obtained starting April 1st, 2021. No night swimming allowed.
Keep daily written records of pH and chlorine levels. Keep weekly cyanuric acid levels and total alkalinity. Pool operator must report at least daily while permit is valid. Keep daily main drain check records.
