2-301.14; Priority; Employee went out of mobile food unit, then came back into unit without washing hands. Gloves were also worn outside of mobile food unit. Anytime you leave the mobile food unit, remove gloves and then wash hands and put on new gloves before returning to work. Proper handwashing at the proper times is critical to keep food safe.
