**The 911 call center has 54 Windgate-pool is on the left side of street which should always be an odd number street address. Contact phone company to have corrected to the actual address & 911 should have actual address-Phone does allow you to directly call/dial 911.
The pH of the pool water at start of inspection was 7.0 or lower. The pH must stay between a 7.2-7.8. Sodium Bicarb added and allowed to circulate. The pH is not a 7.2-monitor.

one lower horizontal member of fencing had come loose and was repaired at inspection. Fencing piece just to the right of the building is slightly wobbly. Recommend strengthening that piece of fencing and monitor for further damage. Monitor erosion under fence. no greater than 2" of clearance can be under the fence.

Gate must be self closing from all distances and self latching. Fence by entrance and pool deck has been removed from the ground and placed on top of concrete - it is being held up with caution tape and cords. Both items must be repaired before permit can be reinstated.

A new gate has been installed at the back. All gates must comply with fence. 48 inches above grade, 2 inches maximum vertical clearance between grade and the bottom of the barrier, on side that faces away from the swimming pool. There are areas of fence that need more soil brought in around bottom of fence.
Pool was refinished and contrasting color band was not in compliance on first few visits. Edge or steps were ground down to meet distance from contrasting color band to edge of step. Now in compliance.
0 demerits noted today. Keep an eye on depth markings and no diving signs on pool deck. These may need to be repainted before beginning of next pool season. Replace broken float on safety rope at break point.
Depth markers cannot be spaced more than 25 feet apart on pool walls or on decks. Temporary depth marker was placed on door to equipment room. Some of the NO DIVING markers on deck starting to fade, repaint as needed.
