There is 10 gallons of water stored in office area, there is enough of water for one day for 18 clients. There is 16 on roll at this time.
Continue sealing all cracks in baseboards, tiles, any closet that has a false floor, gaps in ceiling molding, gaps between tubs and wall. Replace any tile that is cracked and missing pieces.

The dumpster or waste receptacles should be onsite and available for use before patents/residents are allowed in building.

General Comments
-Each hall is equipped with a sink basin in hall closet. In the instance that bedpans, urinals or room based toilets are used, these sinks in hall closet will be reserved for the sole purpose of cleaning them. -Facility must have a back up water plan that provides a minimum of 2 liters of water per person/ per day. -If animals are allowed in the facility, provide written vet records showing that the animal is fully vaccinated and vermin free. Copies veterinary records for all pets shall be kept on premises. -All towels, sheets, washcloths, comforters, absorbent pads provided by the facility shall be laundered in detergent water of 160F minimum for 25 minutes or 50ppm Chlorine solution. -Provided labeled dirty laundry containers that are covered and clean laundry containers.
