One of the main drains was cracked around the screw. Operator was able to remove the cracked one and replace with a new one that is the same make and model. New drain cover is approved per the 2017 VGB requirements.

There were areas of the fence that had more then 2" between the bottom of the fence and the ground. Operator was able to landscape the areas with mulch to close the gap and now there is less then 2" between fence and ground. CDI

No Violations Noted. Seasonal Operation Permit Issued. *Gate from playground is locked, gate from side parking lot is locked. The only operational gate is the front one between bldgs. The side gate by pump room is open for exit only by the operator staff and locked when they are not onsite.

Front gate is not self latching at all checks. Gates must be self closing and self latching from all distances. Windows in the male restroom have the ability to open all the way. They should not be able to open more then 4". Repair.

Front gate was not self closing from a short distance and was adjusted at inspection to self close from all distances. Exit gate at playground was also adjusted to self close from all distances and ground cover was added to maintain 2" or less under gate. Monitor through season it is recommended to add shield to the bottom of the gate to maintain 2" under the gate.

NO DIVING- must be in 4" letters. Letters are only 3 7/8" tall. At opening inspection letters were extended with paint or marker to be 4" This has worn off.

On the backside of pool there was more then 2" between the bottom of fence and the ground. Operator was able to add additional mulch to fill in the gap. Monitor this as a repair. If at anytime the mulch is found to be moved or there is >2" gap, a more permanent solution will be required. CDI
