Ring buoy has dry rot on the surrounding rope and was in bad repair. All ring buoys and throw ropes must be in good repair with no fraying. replaced at inspection.

New gates have been installed the main entrance gate was greater than 2" from grade. A metal shield was added to the bottom of the gate at inspection to bring the gate into compliance. All gates were self closing and self latching at inspection.

The main gate is locked and blocked from access due to key fob access not working. The back access gate that is usually locked now has a magnalatch with release mechanism of 61" above grade on the outer side of the gate. Gate is not self closing or self latching. Gate must be repaired so as to self close/self latch within 30 days of this inspection to avoid pool closure.

Two ring buoys were onsite both had throwing ropes in bad repair and the ropes around the rings had dry rotted. Rope length was 50' on both. Throw rope length should be 34.5' and only one set of equipment is required. Ring bouys and ropes replaced at inspection and rope cut to 34.5'.

Front gate was not self closing from a far distance partly due to wind. An additional spring was added at inspection to increase tension and allow gate to self close appropriately. Door from clubhouse was not self closing. Door is equipped with alarm that was also not working. Weather stripping removed from bottom of door to achieve self closure. repaired at inspection. Door must be self closing or have an audible alarm.

NO night swimming Issuance of a permit by this department does not negate closure required by Executive Order No. 120 or subsequent orders in effect unless such orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable order. Gate tension had to be adjusted so that gate would close from all distances. On emergency egress gates, there must be at least 18" of mesh on sides and bottom around panic bar. And from top of panic bar to top of fence.
