4-501.114; Priority; Sanitizer in spray bottle was way to strong. At beginning of inspection, the concentration was so strong it was bleaching the color out of the test strip. Sanitizer was remixed and is now appox. 100ppm. Use test strips when mixing sanitizer. CDI
