6-301.11; Priority Foundation; At the start of the inspection, there was not hand soap on the mobile unit. Always keep the hand sink properly stocked with soap for hand washing procedures. Employee was able to provide hand soap for hand washing at the hand sink.

7-204.11 ; Priority; The chlorine strength in the bucket for sanitizer was extremely strong, colored test strips then bleached all color away. When using a chlorine based sanitizer, the concentration must be between 50ppm-100ppm chlorine. Bucket was emptied several times and refilled with just water until it the solution was 50ppm chlorine. Always use test strips to check.
