Had a water leak in the first floor hallway and so the ceiling is missing. They are working on repairing the damage. With the leak also is taking a long time for 3rd floor to get hot water. It does eventually get hot and they have scheduled a plumber to come fix the issue.
Minor cleaning to shower heads that have mold. Make sure that tubs and shower heads are cleaned good.

New carpets, beds and furniture installed. Nice motel.
Ice buckets and lids are visibly dirty in guestrooms. Both items must be visibly clean, liners provided for the buckets. After cleaning the lids, they must be properly sanitized between guest. An approved sanitizer is 50ppm Chlorine OR 200ppm Quaternary Ammonia. Provide test strips for the sanitizer to check the strength.

Filters in the ventilation unit have a dust build up on them and in need or a cleaning. Clean often to remove and prevent. Ventilation covers in smoking room restrooms need cleaning to remove dust.

One mattress is Room 226 needs to be steam cleaned to remove old brown spots by headboard. No live or dead pest seen at this time on mattress, behind the headboard, wall or behind the pictures around the bed. Room is blocked from renting until this can be completed.
