Wooden window sills in multiple rooms have heavy wood rot/damage. The window seal in room 501 is damaged to the point that it no longer provides a barrier to the outside screen and is allowing water intrusion. Replace/repair any areas of wood rot. Evaluate for termite damage. Detail clean the handrails throughout the hallway some visible areas of debris throughout the facility. Clean and disinfect more frequently as flu season approaches.
