Emergency telephone was not able to complete the connection to the Kings III Emergency monitoring system. Sign placed on call box stating "Emergency telephone located inside building on right". Inside the building, 5 feet in on the right, a hard lined phone was installed w/ a sign stating "Emergency phone, dialing instructions, name of complex, address of phone and phone number". Access to building and phone must be available at ALL times pool is open to bathers and deck users.
