22. 3-501.16 (A)(2) and (B); Priority; tall glass door cooler was holding at 45F. The small prep top reach in unit was holding at 50F due to having large pans of cooked foods cooling in the unit. Two pans of meat roll ups were thawing in the the one door cooler above 41F. Items were less than 41F at inspection. Do not thaw in any cooler that is not holding at 41F. All TCS foods must be held at 41F during cold holding, cooling, and thawing. CDI education. 0.0
