Repair items and call for a re-inspection. $50.00 re-inspection must be paid to office b/f reinspection can be completed.
The anti-skid strip on steps to water slide is loose - suggest replacing.
Surface skimmers were found with lids screwed on during the inspection with screw that did not fit appropriately. The screw had caused damage to some of the lids and were approximately 1/4 inch too long. This caused them to be elevated above the surface of the lid. One of the skimmers was cracked in the housing below the pool deck and was unstable when standing on it. Repair of damage surface skimmers must take place to avoid any potential hazards and screws must be replaced with appropriately sized screws to avoid future damage. Also 5 weirs were missing. Pool management was notified of all listed above as well as in "Intent to suspend or Revoke Permit," and is taking action to make repairs. Until all repairs are made a cone is being placed over each damaged skimmer as instructed by NC State Regional Personal.

2 Ring buoys were found during the inspection that were worn and needed replacement. Once of the ropes attached was less than 50' long. Pool management was notified and advised that lifeguards were on duty at all times, and that he wanted to keep the ring buoys present. Pool management was told the replacement or both ring buoys and the shorter rope must take place if they are kept on site.

The gate to the pool was propped open during the inspection with a gate attendant and lifeguards present. The gate was found unable to self-close. Pool management was notified that if gate attendant and lifeguards are not present the gate must be able to self-close. He advised that gate attendant and life guards are always present. There is 1 location of the pool fencing where it ends at the side of the main building is greater than 4 inches apart between the last vertical member and the building. Space between the fence and building shall be no greater than 4 inches. Pool management was notified and intent to suspend was issued.
