In one of the boys locker rooms a section of baseboard was missing in between shower walls. A Shower head fixture was also completely missing from one of the showers. All floors, walls, ceilings, and fixtures shall be in good repair.
Adjust flow down on one water fountain across from storage room number 316. One water fountain on the second floor 300 hall will barely dispense water. Adjust flow to the rim.

Two return air vents in the weight room are very dusty and need cleaning. Some of the class rooms have air vents and returns that need cleaning of dust. Clean the top of the duct work in the auxiliary gym and the main gym of dust. Clean the air vents and returns in the wrestling room. Clean return air vents in the shop.

General Comments
Water fountain at the end of the 300 hall is not regulated properly and splashes water out onto the floor. One water fountain does not work. Water will barely come out. Clean the floors and lower framework behind the bleachers in both the gyms of dust.
7. Storage in custodian closets is all on shelving. Bottom shelf sits on the floor and must be 15 inches off of the floor for storage. 4. Repair one toilet in Boys gang toilet room on the 100 hall. Nice clean school . Keep up the good work.
