All of upstairs was being stripped and waxed and so was unable to go upstairs to inspect. The right side of down stairs was in use for summer school so was unable to inspect area. All water fountains not in use so was unable to inspect.
One of the hand sinks in the men's locker room and one hand sink in the bathroom downstairs by the stairs were not working. Repair both so that they are working properly.

In trailer 610 there was a small hole in the wall beside the entrance. Repair hole. In the band room there were a few small places in the carpet that were in bad repair.

In the female locker room one of the shower seats was not clean. It had something that was yellow on it. Keep all shower fixtures clean.

Dead insects seen through out the facility. A lot of them were found in areas around the gym. Continue pest control and make sure to keep the premises neat and clean to prevent vector breeding and harborage.

General Comments
Thermometers are needed in all refrigerators. School has been selling pizza by the slice in the school store. This store does not have a hand sink or a dish sink. To sell pizza by the slice a Limited food stand permit is needed. The school can sell individual pizza or single wrapped slices without a permit as long as the food comes from a permitted restaurant.
