A few areas of the carpets are in need of extraction cleaning. Carpet cleaning generally occurs in the summer break. A few ceiling tiles have water staining. Check for any water leaks and replace tiles as they are damaged. Ceiling tiles were being replaced during inspection.
Carpet through out the facility except in the 600 hall has stains. PIC stated that they have not gotten around to the other halls to clean them yet. Clean and try to get the stains out. One room at the end of the 600 hallway had carpet that was in bad repair. Replace or repair carpets in bad repair.

Repair torn carpet seams in rooms 322 and 321. Clean stains off of the carpets in some of the classrooms. Repair seam in the gym carpet. Replace worn carpet in the music room #403.

General Comments
All the water fountains that were in poor repair on last years inspection have been replaced with new ones.
Front of water fountain at 300 hall bathroom is in poor repair. Front and underside of water fountains at 500 hall bathrooms are in poor repair and leaking. Repair or replace these fountains before school opens in August.

Clean return air vents of dust in Media Center and in Trailer # 601.
Carpets in the hallways and classrooms have stains and need cleaning. If unable to clean, then replacement is recommended. Clean ledges below windows in classrooms and in corners of hallways to remove dust/cobwebs.
