Carpets on 300 hall are worn and in bad repair in some areas. Room 125 also has carpet that is in bad repair. Replace carpets where necessary. Clean all stains on carpets where necessary.
In rooms 303,304,306, and 124 there are areas in the carpet that are in bad repair. Repair or replace carpet that is in bad repair. Carpet stained in a few areas in the hallways that have not been cleaned yet. PIC stated that the hallways have not been cleaned yet. Clean those rooms and remove the stains.

A few dead insects seen through out the facility. Continue pest control and make sure to keep the premises neat and clean to prevent pest breeding and harborage.

Room 306 - torn carpet seam in a couple of places. Carpet seam torn severely in the music room. Replace or repair carpet. Water pipe in the ceiling in room 317 leaks when the water is turned on. Wall in this room near the leak has water damage. Ceiling tiles missing in the 300 connector hallway where there has been a leak. Repair leak, walls, and replace tiles.

Blinds in a number of classrooms are dusty and need cleaning.
General cleaning of water fountains are needed they had pink bacteria growning. Clean with soap first then use sanitizer or disinfectant after the cleaning process. One fountain had low water pressure.

General comments: Outside mobile unit #2 had a water leak that has just started. Repair as soon as possible.
