3-501.16 (A)(2) and (B); Priority; 1 door cooler temps are not holding 41F or lower. Foods were varying in temperature from 42-45 degrees. Digital thermometer on 1 door cooler was reading 37 degrees. Fan may not be working properly and circulating the cold air in cooler. Have repair person evaluate equipment. Get another air temp thermometer in cooler to monitor air temperature. Also, make sure top shelf is not completely full and blocking air flow throughout cooler.

3-501.16(A)(1) ; Priority; Hot hold table is not holding foods at 135 F or above. Flame on the left burner is not working properly. Repair burner so it has enough flame so that all parts of the foods are able to be kept 135 F or above. Also make sure there is enough water in the hot hold main pan so that the water goes up the side of the food container about half way. Send pic of burner working to 919-921-0109 when repaired. Correct by 11/18/23.
