Floors throughout the facility in halls, resident rooms and common areas are in good repair. The floor tiles in several of the room toilet rooms are in bad repair with damaged tiles. The toilet room floors need to be replaced in the near future.
The hot water in the rooms closest to the front left of the building was 117F. Hot water must be provided in a range of 105F - 116F. Adjust water heater to lower the temperature in this portion of the building while maintaining hot water in the required range throughout the building.
Repair bubbled wall paper in rooms, seal or grout missing tile flooring in the restroom.

Keep all storage off floor in storage rooms. Pallets are not approved for storage. Must be able to clean under the racks so vermin harborage areas are not created. Must be stored a minimum of 8" off floor.
Repair/reattach wall paper that is pulling off the walls. Repair any damaged/cracked floor tiles as needed in facility.
