16. Emergency egress gate is catching on cement. Monitor and make any adjustments needed to ensure the gate will self close self latch from all distances of opening. Could not access pump or chemical rooms at this inspection due to missing keys. Pumps appear to be operating but flow can not be assessed at this time.
