PIC also stated that it had been looked at by maintenance and that a part had been ordered to resolve the issue. When the manager reported to work this morning, she noted the water was not hot and immediately called in a repair. Facility services had completed the repair and was leaving at the time I was arriving. Hot Water in a tea urn at hand sink was in use for hand washing and boiling water was being added into the wash vat of dish sink for dishwashing. Current temperatures out of tap are 85F. I will return later in the day to verify that the heater has been repaired and providing temperatures of 110F minimum.
