5-205.11; Priority Foundation; The one employee handsink in the meat market was bagged off to not be used with floor cleaner bottles sitting in the basin. Staff informed that the sink was bagged off to prevent people from using due to a leak in the plumbing under the sink that leaks onto the floor. Staff also stated they were washing hands in the prep sink as an alternative. Employees may only wash hands in designated handsinks and these sinks must remain unblocked and used for no other purposes. The bag was removed and a trash can was placed under the sink to catch leaking water. Have the plumbing repaired as soon as possible. Continue to use this sink for employee handwashing while catching any leaking water until repaired. CDI unbagged sink and work order placed to repair leak.
