In mobile unit 11 areas of wall in bad repair were wall paper is peeling off. There is a hole in the wall in unit 4. Some areas of carpets stained or in bad repair throughout. A few ceiling tiles with water stains. There is a area between the 7th and 8th grade hall that was leaking and so are missing a lot of ceiling tiles with a trash can underneath to catch the water. It was not actively leaking during inspection. Stated have put in a work order to repair.

Could not inspect 8th grade hall because of waxing. Did not inspect some areas because YMCA using during inspection.
6th grade mobile units have damaged walls and wall paper. 8th grade mobile units have carpet staining, bubbling, and evidence of water entry in unit 501 and 513. Ramps to units have loose boards. Ceiling tiles in units 507 and 508. Carpet damaged in multiple rooms throughout school. Water damaged ceiling tiles in hallways. Areas of missing floor tiles at the entry points throughout hallways. ceiling in gym has peeling paint and the duct work needs cleaning. Mobile units are in need of repair.

General Comments
Multiple mobile units are used only for storage and were not inspected. 7th and 8th grade hallways were being stripped and waxed and could not be evaluated.
A few floor tiles in front of one entry door were cracked or damaged; replace all water damaged ceiling tiles. Some water leaks appear to be HVAC related. May need additional insulation around duct work in those areas.
Water fountains through out the school did not have enough water pressure. The pressure must be strong enough so that the water is above the spout of the fountain.

General Comments
Did not seen any signs of rodent droppings today. During the school year there were complaints on the school about rodents in the school.
Carpets in some classrooms are worn, stained or tearing at seams. Repair or replace as needed. Repair the water leak from the hot water return in hallway ceiling. Water is being contained in a trash can placed in the middle of hallway.

-The ice machine that is used for Gym and concessions needs cleaning to remove a slight build-up on the front of shield that is inside the bin.
