At the window in the building there was 4 1/2 inches between ledge bottom of metal barrier. There cannot be anymore than 2 inches since horizontal members are closer than 45 inches. Fence on the inside where it meets building is not compliant. Refer to inspection of 4/14/21 for detailed requirements.
