The water fountains outside the cafeteria and on the 8th grade hall do not have any pressure. All water fountains must have enough pressure that a person getting water does not touch their face to the mouth piece of the fountain.
There are cracks in the floors through out the facility, making the tiles split. Replace cracked tiles OR seal each crack so that moisture is not coming in from the concrete or spills are not leaking into the concrete.
Condensation from A/C above the ceiling is leaking down onto ceiling tiles in some spots. May need additional insulation around A/C duct work in these areas.
Two water fountains on two different halls did not have adequate pressure. Adjust pressure on water fountains where necessary.

Air conditioning duct or return appears to be dripping water on one hallway. Water is dripping onto floor and has damaged ceiling tile. Repair this issue ASAP and replace damaged ceiling tile.
Repair floor cracks on floor tiles in halls or classrooms. Repair ceiling leak at 8th grade and 6th grade halls. Replace stained or water damaged ceiling tiles.
Several cracks have been seen in walls throughout the school. Several water leaks have been seen, one in the connector hall and some in the classrooms. There seems to be a moisture problem where dehumidifiers are being used to control the moisture.
