General Comments
Pool floor appears to be dirty but it is not. It is a result of extremely worn and thin plaster. It has chipped, pitted and cracked areas. The pool finish must be redone by next operating season. Pool floor and walls must be in good repair.
Lifeguards go off duty which requires pool to have the ring buoy with rope available, repaired with ring buoy with 50' rope. body hook at each pool -CDI
