Do not keep leftovers after they have been heated to serve at a later day.

Facility has a client that sometimes uses a urinal. Urinal needs to be labeled for the person who uses it and stored in a room that has a spray rinse toilet or utility sink that is only used for this purpose. Suggest installing a separate utility sink in the men's restroom for use in cleaning and sanitizing the urinal.

This facility is using the nurses station bed to change diapers. Must use a diaper changing table or another solid table to change diapers on not beds. Use soapy water and then a disinfectant to clean the areas.
