Do not use this cooler for any TCS foods until it is replaced/repaired and can hold foods at 41F or below. The two domestic refrigerators in the office are holding at 41F or below and may be utilized to hold TCS foods. CDI products discarded. Sausage patties that were still frozen were relocated to the domestic refrigerators.
