The hot water at both of the handsinks in the kitchen was ~115F-125F, the cold water nozzle also provides only hot water at a range of ~115F-120F. The NC Food Code only requires a minimum of 100F and does not set a maximum water temperature. However, too hot of water can deter staff from effective hand washing procedures and frequency, as well as be a potential burn hazard. It is suggested to repair.
