5-402.13; Priority; During the inspection it was noticed that all wastewater from the unit was dripping out of the spout from the wastewater tank on the outside of the unit. Wastewater was dripping onto the ground below and pooling. The valve was found to not be closed all of the way which was resulting in the leak of wastewater out of the tank. Employee was able to tighten and repair. Monitor to make sure this valve is properly closed and not leaking.
