One pan of ham with date of 2/6 on the outside and the bag inside had another label for use by 2/9. Make sure to follow date labels and discard as needed. There is no solid barrier between the two stacked reach in units. A pan is being used to separate the top and bottom areas. Do not store any read to eat foods under raw meats. A solid barrier is needed or store raw meats in the bottom area and vegetables in the top. All raw meats must be separated from ready to eat foods to prevent cross contamination.
