Through out the whole facility celling tiles showing water damage. In the 8th grade hall one ceiling tile that is black showing signs of mold growth. Replace damaged ceiling tiles. Walls with chunks of chipping/ peeling paint. Two classrooms have broken tiles with holes in them. Repair broken tiles.

Stained ceiling tile in room# 103 and room# 209. New roof is being put on the building. All the skylights are being taken out and boxed in. At least five rooms at this time have insulation in the classroom that is exposed. There is exposed insulation in the dining room for the cafeteria and in the gym. These areas with exposed insulation need to be covered with plastic or other material while the classrooms are occupied by students. Students should not be in rooms when there is actual construction going on. School plans to move students to other classrooms when there is construction going on or where the room will be open to the outside elements.
School has lots of roof leaks and stained ceiling tiles. Roof leaks exist in halls, classrooms, and in the gym. Repair all leaks, and replace ceiling tiles as necessary. This issue should be resolved as soon as possible.

All items in storage rooms, closets and other areas used for bulk storage must provide adequate shelving to keep storage above the floor. This is to permit easy cleaning and prevent pest harborage areas.
