Equalizer line on pool wall did not have a cover and unplugged. This line must have an approved cover that is permanently mounted to prevent a suction hazard. Pool closed until such cover can be affixed.

No Diving markers was missing on 8 foot end. CPO painted No Diving. FT on inside of pool wall was missing CPO painted FT along side depth markers inside pool wall.
