Cannot use cordless phone for emergency phone. Was replaced by end of inspection. Get 911 correct info that auto populates (has correct address and phone number but wrong name).
Fence (at both gates) doors are broken. Latch is gone on service entrance. main entrance to pool is damaged and gate is "wide open". It appears gate was broken to gain access to pool, lock is still on the latch!

Facility must have separate phone line dedicated to pool for emergency 911. Emergency phone cannot tie in with phone used for gereral use for facility. When you call 911, the pools address should automatically populate at the 911 emergency operator.

Backwash must be discharged through an air gap above the ground and not be pointed up. Put two 90deg fittings on pipe so it points down and exit is 18" above the ground.
PH must stay 7.2-7.8 was at 7.0 or below at beginning of inspection. Was brought up to 7.2 by end of inspection
