General Comments
Ring buoy is in compliance bust showing signs of age. It is recommended that it be replaced by mid season.
* Back double utility gate is locked and was not evaluated at inspection. Keep locked at all times. * One "no diving" less than 4 inches but two surrounding markers are still within 25 feet and at 4 inches. Monitor painted markers throughout season.
New WAV covers were installed. Outer frame was NOT replaced. replace outer fram by next season before the frame expires. Permit suspension lifted. Ok to reopen pool!
Both main drain covers were broken. Covers were set to expire on May 2020. these were aquastar wav1212's. Covers must be replaced before pool permit can be reinstated!

Equalizer fittings are plugged in walls. Put plug in skimmer basket as well.
"No Diving" markers must be 4" in height and in contrasting color to the pool deck. The markers have faded and need to be repainted to meet the 4" requirement. "No Diving" markers repainted at inspection.

All ground level windows opening to the inside of pool enclosure shall be self closing or child protected by means of a barrier or alarm. Screws added to windows to eliminate any openings at inspection.

General Comments
Monitor chipping of pool floor at the steps and repair as needed. Equilizer lines on the pool wall are plugged. Plug this line also in the skimmer. Both ends must be either plugged or both open with approved equilizer line covers on pool wall. Wood pallets against fence were removed to trash at inspection.
pH of pool water was less then a 7.0 at start of inspection. pH must stay in a range of 7.2-7.8. pH increaser added and now pool water has a pH of 7.2.
All safety equipment and signage in place. The emergency telephone does work. Main drains secure. Some of the depth markers are starting to fade. Paint before midseason inspection. Keep gate locked due to not closing properly. Entrance through the clubhouse only. Owner stated he keeps pool gate locked at all times, because non members will try to sneak in.
Several depth markers and no diving markers on deck are heavily worn and it is hard to see. Replace worn ones. No diving and depth markers cannot be greater than 25' apart. Correct by 08.19.12!

Fence did not shut properly at beginning of inspection. Was saging a bit, repaired! Monitor daily!
rface skimmer equalizer lines were plugged in skimmer, below the basket. Engineer is going to update VGB letter to clarify. By next pool season, all equalizer lines must have approved VGB covers installed.
