Emergency department had linens that were worn and what was suppose to be clean sheets had debris on them. Make sure once patients leave the sheets are removed.

Same day recovery had a refrigerator holding non-potentially hazardous foods at 54*F. If any potentially hazardous foods are inside this refrigerator they must be held at 45*F.
Hot water in the labor and delivery was at 120*F, hot water must be between 100*F to 116*F. Also there was no hot water coming out of the faucet in the lab's restroom for the patients.

Reclining chairs in patient rooms have small nicks on inside of arm rest. Keep watch so that nicks to not become bigger tears.
Hot water on the third floor ranged from 124*F to 108*F, the emergency department and the new side at 98*F and the older side at 102*F. Hot water must be between 100*F to 116*F.
