8. 2-301.14; Priority; At beginning of inspection, generator was not running and there was no hot or cold running water at the handsink. Handsink was also blocked with single use items. Hands must be washed in handsink, prior to putting on gloves or handling food. Proper handwashing is critical to maintaining safe food. Generator turned on, and sinks cleared so hands can be washed. 10. 5-202.12; Core; At beginning of inspection, generator was not turned on and there was no hot water available at the handsink. Hot water, 100 degrees F or above must be available at all times mobile unit is operating. Turn generator on as soon as you get to flea market, prior to prepping food. CDI 1.0
