There are a few gaps in the monthly endospore test records. If going to use the autoclave to sterilize multi-use tubes/bars/grips then an endospore test must be completed monthly. The last 3 months were available without gap.

At the completion of the tattoo, a sterile dressing only must be applied to the area-not paper towels or plastic wrap.
Prior to this inspection, all disposable tubes were used. Two months of endospore test were seen showing negative results. Autoclave is approved for use. Date the packages and keep 1 years minimum of results on hand for review.
