The water fountain on the 6th grade hall has very low pressure. Water fountains must have adequate pressure to prevent a cross contamination from the users.

Carpet in several of the classrooms and library have heavy stains and worn areas. If the stains cannot be removed with extraction cleaning then replacement is recommended. In the art room by the white board, there is an area where the floor meets the wall that the tile is missing and the ground is visible. There also appears to be an insect hole. Repair.
