7-204.11 ; Priority; Sanitizer that was being used was much too strong. It was more of a disinfectant strength. Sanitizer that is too strong may be toxic for use in food areas. Always use a food safe sanitizer in food prep or utensil areas. Food safe sanitizer is 100 ppm chlorine solution or 150-300 ppm quat solution. Sanitizer was diluted and bucket solution was put in place of spray bottle solution during inspection. CDI
