Wire mesh is greater than 2.25" mesh is 2.5"square. opening under gate is greater than 4"in height. area under gate must be no more than 2". latching mechanism allows gate to open towards the main pool. wooden stopper added on main pool side of gate to stop gate from opening towards main pool. gate adjusted to allow no more than 2" under gate. smaller size mesh added at inspection. see file for photo.
