In mobile unit 5 ceiling tiles with water staining. In mobile unit 4 there is a hole in the wall. In mobile unit 2 metal transition piece in the middle of the floor is coming up.

The drinking fountains right outside of the office do not have adequate pressure. Repair drinking fountains so that water will be coming out above the nozzle so that can drink from it without touching nozzle with mouth.

Room 214 the carpet is in bad repair in one spot. There are a few carpet stains through out the 300 hall and the 500 hall. There is some ceiling tiles with water damage in the art room and in the entrance to the 200 hall. Replace ceiling tiles with water damage. Repair carpet in bad repair. Clean stains on carpet.
