Square footage of pool surface area is over 3400 sqft. Anything over 3000 sqft requires 2 units of life saving devices. Pool has 2 body hooks on >12 foot poles. Pool has 1 ring buoy with a 50 foot rope. Pool also has a lifeguard with a rescue can on duty. This qualifies as 2 units. However, at 10 minutes to the hour the lifeguard goes off duty-leaving only 1 1/2 units available. Lifeguard cannot go off duty at anytime pool open or provide a second ring buoy with a 50 foot rope attached. Two lifeguards were on duty upon arrival. Once guard had tube, the other tube was in closet. There must be two (2) units of life saving devices out at all times. A unit can be either: 1. body hook with ring buoy that has a rope 1 1/2 times width of pool (50' with 1/4" thick rope) OR 2. Body hook with lifeguard with tube. Because pool is 34500 ft2 2 units are required: 2 lifeguards with tubes and 2 body hooks. No adult swim because there are no ring buoy's. Both lifeguards had tube by the end of inspections.

Pump info: StaRite century 7.5HP Before next pool season all gates must have latcdhes with a min. hight of 54". Gates must be self-closing and self-latching. There must be a maximum seperation of 2" between bottom of fence or gate and the ground.
