Steps into pool have chipped & faded black paint from edge of step to tile. Because tile is more than 1 inch away from edge of step, the step was required to be painted black/grey from tile to edge. Now that paint has faded or chipped the contrasting band is not approved. Drain pool and repaint steps edge. (black or grey)
